The Christmas Toy Drive & Celebration is organized by cPALSs (Community Partners Advocate of Little Saigon Sacramento), an annual tradition since 2017. The mission of cPALSs is to foster community growth and empowerment by facilitating meaningful connections between community partners and residents. We are dedicated to uplifting and serving underprivileged communities by providing access to vital resources, such as local government assistance programs, business initiatives, crime prevention and safety initiatives and recreational activities.
